The SFP 'ISO-LAB' series pressure vessels have been developed by to offer a range of small, medium and large high pressure vessels for general purpose applications. Pressure vessels are manufactured in a variety of construction styles to suit pressures and applications. Vessel closures include continuously threaded and quick release (1/8th turn). Dependent on requirements and operating pressures these vessels may also be supplied with a a variety of lower closures including quick release, continuously threaded, taper plug and blind end construction. ISO-LAB vessels are suitable for operation with inert liquids and gases with variants for a variety of corrosive fluids. Typical operating temperatures are from 10°C to 80°C with extended temperature ranges also available. Options on temperature include heating/cooling jackets and furnace modules. In addition to standard high pressure entries, generally at least one at each end of the vessel, vessels may also be supplied with a range of SFP's telemetry lead through's (signal wire, electrodes, thermocouples etc.) or to suit third party instruments. To assist closure operation vessels having a bore in excess of 75mm (3") may also be supplied with hydro-pneumatic, or hydraulic closure lift. Mounting frames and other ancillaries are also available. Most vessels may be offered with different internal lengths. It is unusual to have a length to bore ratio less than 1:1 while up to 10:1 is not unusual. Contact us to discuss your High Pressure Vessels requirements
